Please see below for the memo from ADEA regarding covenants involving oversized and abandoned vehicles:

Dear Homeowners,

I hope you are all enjoying the warm weather. We would like to take this opportunity to send a reminder regarding some essential community guidelines that we must uphold to maintain the beauty of our neighborhood:

Page 12 of the covenants cover parking. Trucks exceeding one ton capacity, semi-tractors, semi-trailers, mobile homes, equipment, unsightly vehicles recreational vehicles such as motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, pickup campers, boats, snowmobiles or utility trailers are not permitted on the streets, alleys, or upon the front or side yards of any lots for more than 24 hours unless stored in a garage or other structure as approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

We have noted there is an abandoned car with no tires and a boat along Bordeaux, as well as a trailer on Sonoma, that have been sitting for much longer than is allowed. The board and your neighbors appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they ultimately benefit all of us.

In an effort to maintain the safety, aesthetics, and overall quality of our neighborhood there is a fine structure for the presence of unauthorized utility trailers, boats and campers on the streets. The prolonged parking can lead to congestion, hinder emergency vehicle access, and negatively impact the visual appeal of our community.

Thank you in advance for moving these vehicles,

Canyon Creek Village
